5. Enquiries, listings, and submissions

Final booking terms, payment terms, and cancellation conditions are presented during booking flow and in booking confirmations.

For owners and clients, service scope, fees, and responsibilities are governed by separate commercial agreements where applicable. Website content is informational and does not replace signed agreements.
