This is a self-check-in property, and identity verification is required before check-in. Guests can check in any time after 4 PM.

A copy of your passport is required before arrival, and you must sign a rental agreement.

This property enforces a strict no-smoking policy. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum £150 Smoking Fee.

A refundable damage deposit of £300 is required before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided no damage has occurred, and no house rules have been breached.
