Other things to note
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests are kindly required to provide valid photo ID, sign a short-term rental agreement, and submit a £300 refundable damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is held securely and will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or excessive wear.
